Security solutions provider Nexbis (ASX:NBS) has completed a $9.7 million institutional share placement.

The placement of 64.9 million shares at $0.15 per share was significantly oversubscribed, Nexbis said.

The company has now issued 497,639,610 shares, Nexbis said. NBS is currently trading at $0.140.
