Security technology company ZYL Limited (ASX:ZYL) has appointed its company secretary, Gino D’Anna as a director.

ZYL said D’Anna will stay on as company secretary. He will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day activities of the company during its restructuring period.

D’Anna has previously served as executive director of Ferrum Crescent Limited, and has been involved in a number of IPOs.
