Ross Bunyon, chairman of IT consulting company ICSGlobal (ASX:ICS), has tended his resignation after three years in the role.
Bunyon said he had decided to resign because ICSGlobal has been stabilised into a “positive, albeit modest cash flow position,” and that he needed to concentrate on his more demanding roles.
ICSGlobal have elected Kevin Barry chairman in Bunyon's stead, and finance specialist and company shareholder Victor Shkolnik to fill out the board.
