Aussie biotechnology company, Novogen Limited (ASX: NRT) has announced the appointment of Mark Hinze as the company's new CFO and Operations manager. Hinze has been with Novogen for more than a decade and previously held the position of Group Financial Controller.

The move accompanies a series of management reshuffles throughout the organisation including new appointments in its San Diego subsidiary, Marshall Edwards Inc. (NASDAQ:MSHL)
